Site Description

Gently rolling site just west of Yokohama Tire, at the intersection of Yokohama Blvd. and Old Eshman Road. This 160-acre site has a rail spur on-site, served by CPKC Railroad (formerly Kansas City Southern Rail). This shovel-ready site is located one mile from a main TVA substation and easily accessible by four-lane US Highway 45, with additional access to US Highway 82. Port access is available within 10 miles, along the Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway, offering direct access to the Gulf of Mexico to the south and the Ohio River Valley to the north. The Golden Triangle Regional Airport is 17 miles via highway and flies multiple routes a day to/from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
